All plants will vary somewhat within the same genus and species. Sample photos shown are taken from the inventory of plants on hand when the product page was created. Plants species received may vary from pictures shown in cuttings, combos & arrangements only. Otherwise, all individual plants are the same species as shown. The images found here are a very good depiction of each plant, however, the actual plant received may vary slightly in size, color, and shape.
Each plant is removed from the soil, sun dried, and carefully packed for shipping. All plants are shipped bare root. (Cuttings are not rooted). When you receive the plant, it may appear pale, dry, and stressed. This is normal after spending a few days in a dark, dry box during shipping. There is no need to worry as succulents and cacti are very hearty plants. You may choose to hydrate the plant by placing it in a container of water for 24 hours before planting, however many succulents and cacti are ready for planting right away.
Plant in a pot with a coarse, succulent & cacti potting soil and place it in a bright location with indirect sunlight for 48-72 hours. Water at this time until the soil is moist or saturated. Allow the soil to completely dry before next watering. Times will vary depending on the environment you live in and the time of year, but a good rule of thumb is not to over water. Plants should dry out completely between waterings to help promote healthy root development. As you gradually introduce it to more direct sunlight, your plant will grow and change. Color will return and many variegated plants may develop different colors as they mature.

Processing times for all orders is 3-5 business days before items ship. We ship every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday so that plants are not in transit or delayed at a postal hub over the weekend. Processing and shipping may be delayed during holiday weeks. You will be notified by email with a tracking # once items have shipped.
Please notify us within 24 hours of Delivery to report any damages or defects. We will gladly provide a refund or replace an order that was received in damaged or defective condition.
